Founder and Senior Advisor
Tove Resset
Tove Resset founded the company in 1986 together with Hans Friedrich.
With nearly 40 years of experience in the industry, Tove is an indispensable expert in advising on materials and products in the stage technology field. She is known for her solution-oriented approach, positive attitude, and unwavering dedication to the company.
Alongside her role as the driving force of the business, she has raised five children, and three of them now work alongside her. So, if she can handle that, she can handle just about anything.
Technical Advisor and Co-owner
Ida Gundersen
Ida Gundersen has a background as a landscape gardener but started working at Createx to help her parents—originally meant as a short-term stint that has now lasted over 10 years.
Ida lives on the island of Møn in Denmark, where Createx’s Danish office is also located. She is passionate about providing excellent customer service, values building good relationships, and is focused on finding the right solutions.
Technical Advisor and Support
Axel Janowski
For reasons we still don’t quite understand, Axel has graciously decided to join our team. He tackles technical solutions of all kinds with deep interest and care. Axel lives in Uddevalla, Sweden, with his wife Stephanie. He is technically minded, proactive, and analytical.
Internal Coordinator
Aina J. Andersen
Aina Andersen joined Createx in 2018 and works from our office in beautiful Telemark, Norway. Aina has a long background as a florist, a craft she still masters to perfection.
Now we’re lucky to have her as part of the Createx team. Aina takes care of tasks that many might take for granted. Simply put, she ensures that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.

Stephanie Janowski
As the newest member of the Createx family, we are happy to introduce Stephanie. As mentioned, she is Axel’s wife and joined us in 2024. Stephanie has a background as a sign painter but has run her own business with Axel for many years. She is dedicated to her work and has a keen sense for identifying areas where she can fill a need.
